摘 要:系泊绞车是船舶锚泊系统的重要组成部分,系泊绞车在船舶靠码头时承受着缆绳的巨大拉力,在首部0.25L范围内的系泊绞车还承受了甲板上浪载荷的作用,如果系泊绞车基座设计不当,可能引发重大的海损事故,因此目前系泊绞车基座的有限元校核在规范中已经明确要求了。文中建立了20.8万吨散货船系泊绞车基座及其支撑结构的有限元模型,按照CSR规范中对于系泊绞车的相关要求,计算了系泊绞车基座在不同工况下的结构强度。计算结果表明,该散货船系泊绞车基座结构满足CSR规范的衡准要求,基座及其支撑结构设计合理、安全可靠。本方法可以为今后开展同吨位散货船系泊绞车的基座设计与分析提供参考,所提供的计算过程及相应的经验可供相关设计人员借鉴。The mooring winch is an important part of the ship mooring system.The mooring winch bears tremendous pulling force of the cable when the ship is berthing at the wharf.The mooring winch in the 0.25L in way of bow area also bears the deck wave load.If the mooring winch foundation is not properly designed,it may cause serious marine damage accidents.Therefore,the finite element check of the mooring winch foundation has been clearly required in the rules at present.A finite element model of mooring winch foundation and its supporting structure for 208000 deadweight bulk carrier is established.According to the relevant requirements of mooring winch in CSR rule,the structural strength of the mooring winch is an important part of the ship mooring system.The mooring winch bears tremendous pulling force of the cable when the ship is berthing at the wharf.The mooring winch in the first 0.25L range also bears the action of the deck wave load.If the mooring winch base is not properly designed,it may cause serious marine damage accidents.Therefore,the finite element checking of the mooring winch base has been clear in the code at present.Mooring winch foundation under different load conditions is calculated.The calculation results show that the structure of the foundation of the mooring winch of the bulk carrier meets the requirements of the CSR rule,and the design of the foundation and its supporting structure is reasonable,safe and reliable.This method can provide reference for the design and analysis of the foundation of mooring winch of the same tonnage bulk carrier in the future.The calculation process and relevant experience can be used for reference by relevant designers.
