摘　　要：目的分析骨肉瘤组织中环状RNA circ-0002052表达水平及与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。方法采用回顾性研究,收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的60例骨肉瘤患者的临床资料,经手术切除肿瘤组织和癌旁正常组织,根据实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法对组织标本中环状RNA circ-0002052的表达情况进行检测,分析circ-0002052表达与患者临床病理特征的相关性。随访3年,比较circ-0002052不同表达情况的患者生存时间的差异;采用多因素Cox回归分析影响患者预后情况的危险因素。结果相比癌旁正常组织(1.06±0.09),环状RNA circ-0002052在骨肉瘤组织中的表达量(0.45±0.05)显著下调(P<0.01)。根据骨肉瘤组织环状RNA circ-0002052表达量的均值(0.48),分为高表达组(33例)与低表达组(27例);结果显示,低表达组TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和远处转移发生率均明显高于高表达组(P<0.01),两组性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径和分化程度的比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。低表达组3年总生存率为37.05%(10/27),明显低于高表达组72.73%(24/33)(P<0.05);低表达组3年总生存期为(16.06±1.15)个月,明显短于高表达组(28.07±2.25)个月(P<0.01)。环状RNA circ-0002052低表达是骨肉瘤患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论环状RNA circ-0002052在骨肉瘤组织中具有表达降低的特点,并且其低表达与患者预后不良密切相关。Objective To analyze the expression level of circular RNA circ-0002052 in osteosarcoma and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with osteosarcoma in our hospital were collected retrospectively.Tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues were resected surgically.The expression of circ-0002052 in tissue specimens was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.The expression of circ-0002052 in patients'clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.The survival time of patients with different expression of circ-0002052 was compared after 3 years of follow-up.Multivariate Cox regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients.Results Compared with the normal tissue adjacent to cancer(1.06±0.09),the expression of circular RNA circ-0002052 in osteosarcoma(0.45±0.05)was significantly decreased(P<0.01).According to the mean expression of circular RNA circ-0002052 in osteosarcoma tissues(0.48),the patients were divided into high-expression group(33 cases)and low-expression group(27 cases).The results showed that the TNM stage of low-expression group was stage III-IV and the incidence of distant metastasis was significantly higher than that of high-expression group(P<0.01).Gender,ages,tumor location,tumor diameter and differentiation degree of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The 3-year overall survival rate of low expression group was 37.05%(10/27),which was significantly lower than that of high expression group in 72.73%(24/33)(P<0.05).The total survival time of 3 years in the low expression group was(16.06±1.15)months,which was significantly shorter than that of the high expression group(28.07±2.25)months(P<0.01).Low expression of circular RNA circ-0002052 was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in osteosarcoma patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of circular RNA circ-0002052 is decreased in osteosarcoma tissues,and its low expression is closely re
