摘 要:王通作为一位承前启后的隋代大儒,为了推行自己的王道政治和培养治国济民的佐治人才,在其长期的教育实践中,尤其在知识观方面总结了一套科学的教育原则和教育方法,最主要、最具特色地体现在:在因志、因情、因时、因人分科而教的因材施教教学原则指导下,摒弃传统的章句义疏、名物训诂的教学方法,采用问对与启发相结合以及知之、行之、安之相耦合的教学方法,实现经世致用的目的。结合新时代的国情、教情,理性地反思其教学原则和合理地镜鉴其教学方法,使传统与现代相得益彰,共同推进新时代的教育教学。In order to carry out his own benevolent politics and cultivate virtuous people to govern the country and the people,Wang Tong,a great Confucian of Sui Dynasty,summarized a set of scientific educational principles and methods in his long-term educational practice,especially in terms of knowledge.The most important feature is that under the guidance of individual instruction,to be specific,teaching students according to their will,character,situation and aptitude,he abandoned the traditional teaching methods of annotation,adopted the question-and-answer teaching technique to develop students′ critical thinking,as well as made connections between theory and practice,aiming to enhance students′ knowledge to serve society and meet present needs.At the same time,in light of the national conditions and teaching backgrounds of the new era,we should rationally reflect on his teaching principles and teaching methods in order to integrate tradition and modernity more coherently and jointly promote education and teaching in the new era.
