摘 要:车辆转向系统构件要有足够的强度保证系统正常运行,同时要尽量减轻质量以减小整车质量和材料消耗,以及有较好燃油经济性。以某工程车辆多轴转向系统为研究对象,建立了转向系统中3根摇臂有限元模型。通过施加约束条件和载荷,分别研究了不同载荷模拟方法下摇臂的强度。结果表明,3根摇臂强度满足许用应力要求,转向主摇臂设计余量过大,经济性较差。在不变尺寸条件下对转向主摇臂进行了优化设计,优化后强度满足要求,质量减小31%,轻量化效果明显。Vehicle steering system components must have sufficient strength to ensure normal operation of the system,while minimizing weight to reduce overall vehicle weight,material consumption and with better fuel economy.Taking the multi-axis steering system of a construction vehicle as the research object,three finite element models of the rocker arm in the steering system were established.The strength of the rocker arm under different load simulation methods was studied by applying constraints and loads.The results show that the strength of the three rocker arms meets the allowable stress requirements,and the design of the steering main rocker arm is too large and the economy is poor.The steering main rocker arm is optimized under the constant size condition.After the optimization,the strength meets the requirements,the weight is reduced by 31%,and the weight reduction effect is obvious.
