摘 要:配置壳聚糖/胶原蛋白复合溶胶,通过分析其黏度确定壳聚糖与胶原蛋白对粘胶织物的最佳体积混合比。利用扫描电镜观察、测试力学性能、热学性能等手段分析所筛选黏度的壳聚糖/胶原蛋白复合溶胶对整理前后粘胶织物服用性能的影响。研究表明:壳聚糖/胶原蛋白复合溶胶具有良好的相容性,其黏度随着壳聚糖含量的增加而增加;当壳聚糖与胶原蛋白混合体积比为60∶40时,溶胶对粘胶织物的功能整理一定程度上改善了织物的力学性能,且整理后织物表面光滑平整,但热学性能有所下降。得出:壳聚糖/胶原蛋白复合溶胶对粘胶织物功能整理可行。The optimal volume mixing ratio of chitosan and collagen of configurating chitosan/collagen composite sol were studied by testing the viscidity of chitosan/collagen composite sol.Moreover,SEM,mechanical properties,thermal properties and other testing methods were applied to study the viscose fabrics wearing properties finishing before and after viscose fabrics wearing properties finishing by chitosan/collagen composite sol.The results showed that there was a good compatibility between chitosan and collagen,and viscidity of chitosan/collagen composite sol was increased by chitosan content rising;when viscose fabrics were finished by the volume mixing ratio of chitosan and collagen of configurating chitosan/collagen composite sol was in 60:40,the mechanical properties were improved and the surface of viscose fabrics after finished were smooth and flat,but the thermal properties of viscose fabrics after finished were decreased.It was believed that the technologies of viscose fabrics wearing properties finishing by chitosan/collagen composite sol were feasible.
