摘　　要：现代分析检测所面临的样品性质的复杂程度是前所未有的,分析对象不仅包括气、液、固相中的所有物质,而且往往以多相形式存在,给分析检测带来了诸多困难。当前,食品及环境领域检测具有较高的热度,样品基质相对较复杂、分析检测手段相对较多,对样品前处理要求较高。本文针对样品前处理仪器在环境和食品检测领域的应用和发展方向展开论述。The sample matrix of food and environmental inspection is complex,and the analysis and detection methods are more,so the requirements of the sample pretreatment are high.In this paper,the application and development trend of sample pretreatment instruments in the field of environment and food detection are discussed.
