疏肝益脾汤对HBeAg阳性肝癌并发肝硬化患者免疫水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝益脾汤对乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)阳性肝癌并发肝硬化患者免疫水平的影响。方法选取2014年2月-2017年9月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院接受治疗的84例HBeAg阳性肝癌并发肝硬化患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者平均分为2组,在常规西医治疗基础上加疏肝益脾汤进行治疗的42例患者为观察组,采用常规西医治疗的42例患者为对照组,检测并比较2组患者的免疫水平和治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组的CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的CD8+水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的白细胞介素-2、γ干扰素水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的显效率、有效率、无效率以及总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规西药治疗的基础上加疏肝益脾汤能够提高HBeAg阳性肝癌并发肝硬化患者的免疫水平,适合临床推广。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Shugan Yipi Decoction on the immune variation of patients diagnosed with HBeAg-positive liver cancer complicated with cirrhosis.Methods84 patients were enrolled with HBeAg-positive liver cancer complicated with cirrhosis,who were hospitalized at the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xinjiang Medical University from February 2014 to September 2017.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.In addition,Shugan Yipi Decoction for the treatment of 42 patients was set as the observation group,42 patients treated with conventional Western medicine were set as a control group,detected and compared were the immune level and treatment effect of the two groups of patients.ResultsAfter treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The CD8+level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin 2 and interferon-γin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).No significant difference can be identified in the effective rate,effective rate,inefficiency and total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with conventional western medicine treatment,Shugan Yipi Decoction can improve the immune level of patients with HBeAg-positive liver cancer complicated with cirrhosis,which is suitable for clinical improvement.
