三全育人模式下高职心理健康教育工作探析

摘　　要：高职心理健康教育工作是新时代全面提升大学生思想道德素质和高校开展思想政治工作的重要途径。面对生源质量变化和人才培养模式改革,如何提高大学生心理健康教育工作的实效性成为目前高职院校急需解决的重要课题。在文献研究的基础上分析高职院校心理健康教育的现状,提出三全育人模式下高职心理健康教育工作思路、工作格局,探索工作对策,拓展心理健康教育平台,提升心理健康教育工作的成效,对提升高职院校人才培养质量具有重要意义。Mental health education in higher vocational colleges is an important way to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students and to carry out ideological and political work in colleges in the new era.On the basis of literature study,this paper analyzes the current situation of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the working ideas,working pattern,exploring working countermeasures,expanding the platform of psychological health education under the mode of all-rounded education,and promotes the effectiveness of psychological health education,which is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
