摘 要:分布式轮边驱动电动汽车驱动电机可以设计为悬架系统的簧载质量,相比于轮毂电机驱动平顺性更好。文章采用CATIA软件对轮边驱动中支撑驱动电机和转向电机的托臂进行设计建模,并应用ANSYS软件对托臂进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,所设计的托臂结构合理,能满足支撑轮边驱动电机和转向电机的需求,实现了轮边驱动减小簧下质量的目标。The drive motor of the distributed wheel drive electric vehicle can be designed as the sprung mass of the suspension system, which has better driving smoothness than that of the hub motor. n this paper, CATIA software is used to design and model the corbel supporting the driving motor and steering motor in the wheel side drive, and ANSYS software is used to carry out the finite element analysis of the corbel.The analysis results show that the designed corbel structure is reasonable, which can meet the needs of supporting wheel drive motor and steering motor, and achieve the goal of reducing the unsprung mass of wheel drive.
