摘　　要：现代学徒制是高素质技术技能人才培养的重要举措,文章从现代学徒制发展现状、实施目的,以及我院汽车制造与装配技术专业现代学徒制人才培养方面所做出深入探索,主要介绍了创新人才培养模式、导师队伍共建共享、实训基地共建共享、提高企业积极性与参与度、构建现代学徒制人才培养方案以下几个方面,最后引发了现代学徒实施的思考。Modern apprenticeship is the important measure to train high quality technical talents,this article from the modern apprenticeship development present situation,the implementation of the purpose,and in our car manufacturing and assembly technology professional modern apprenticeship training made in-depth exploration,we mainly introduced the innovative talent training mode,the co-construction and sharing of the contingent of tutors,the co-construction and sharing practice training bases,improve the enthusiasm of enterprises and participation,and set up a modern apprenticeship training program for the following aspects,finally caused the modern thinking on the implementation of apprenticeship.
