摘　　要：目的探讨64排螺旋CT动态增强检查对泌尿系肿瘤的诊断价值,以协助临床诊治。方法随机收集我院2016年1月~2018年9月经病理确诊为泌尿系肿瘤的62例患者的临床资料,剔除CT结论受其他因素干扰的3例患者资料,将59例经我院MDCT动态增强扫描提示为肿瘤性病变的患者作为研究对象。结果所纳入的59例研究对象,CT检查结论包括25例肾癌、2例肾盂癌、30例膀胱癌、2例肾血管平滑脂肪肌瘤、1例腹膜后脂肪瘤。其中1名患者兼有左肾盂癌及膀胱癌。以病理结果为参照,MDCT诊断符合率为98.31%(58/59),其中误诊的1例CT诊断为腹膜后脂肪瘤,病检结果为左肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。结论MDCT动态增强扫描对泌尿系肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值,可精确显示病变部位及病灶情况,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT dynamic enhancement in urinary tract tumors in Tibet region,and to assist clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Clinical data of 62 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as urinary tract tumors in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were randomly collected.Excluding the data of 3 patients whose CT findings were interfered by other factors,59 patients who were diagnosed as neoplastic lesions by MDCT dynamic enhanced scan in our hospital were included in the study.Results Of the 59 subjects included,CT findings included 25 cases of renal cell carcinoma,2 cases of renal pelvic cancer,30 cases of bladder cancer,2 cases of renal vascular smooth steatoma,and 1 case of retroperitoneal lipoma.One of the pantients had both left renal pelvic cancer and bladder cancer.Taking pathological results as reference,the diagnostic coincidence rate of MDCT was 98.31%(58/59),of which 1 case misdiagnosed by CT was retroperitoneal lipoma,and the pathological detection result was left renal angiomyolipoma.Conclusion Dynamic enhanced MDCT scan is of high diagnostic value for urinary system tumors in Tibet,and can accurately display the lesion site and lesion,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
