摘  要:目的探讨3D STIR SPACE序列MRI增强扫描技术(CE-MRI)腰骶神经成像在腰椎间盘突出疾病中的应用价值。方法收集39例拟诊腰椎间盘突出,行常规MRI序列扫描和3D STIR SPACE序列MRI增强扫描技术检查,对腰骶神经的显示图像进行分析。结果对39例患者的腰骶神经增强前和增强后进行比较,3D STIR SPACE序列MRI增强前评为1分有22例,评为2分有18例,评为3分有9例。3D STIR SPACE序列MRI增强后评为1分有5例,评为2分有10例,评为3分有24例。其中2例常规MRI序列上显示正常,仅腰骶神经成像显示局部轻度受压;6例腰椎术后神经根图像清晰显示手术部位神经根情况。结论3D STIR SPACE序列MRI增强扫描技术能准确、直观显示腰骶神经根的解剖关系,及其完整性和信号变化,对腰椎间盘突出的临床诊治具有指导意义。Objective To evaluate the value of 3D STIR SPACE sequence MRI enhanced scanning(CE-MRI)lumbosacral nerve imaging in lumbar disc protrusion.Methods 39 cases of lumbar disc protrusion from September 2016 to May 2018 were collected.Results MRI sequence scanning and 3D STIR SPACE sequence MRI enhanced scanning were performed.The display images of lumbosacral nerve were analyzed.Results of the lumbosacral nerves of 39 patients before and after enhancement were compared.The score of 3D STIR SPACE sequence MRI before enhancement was 1 in 22 cases.There were 18 cases rated as 2 points.There were 9 cases rated as 3 points.After 3D STIR SPACE sequence MRI enhancement,there were 5 cases with 1 score.There were 10 cases rated as 2 points.There were 24 cases rated as 3 points.Among them,2 cases showed normal MRI sequence.Only lumbosacral neuroimaging showed mild local compression;The nerve root images of 6 cases showed the nerve root of the operation site clearly.Conclusion 3D STIR SPACE sequence MRI enhanced scanning technique can accurately and intuitively display the anatomical relationship of lumbosacral nerve root,its integrity and signal changes.It has guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc protrusion.
