摘  要:目的运用360考核法设计职能部门负责人考核评价体系,实现量化考核,全面反映不同行政职能科室间的工作业绩。方法以医院战略为导向,采用个性、共性和品德三方面的考核指标设计评价体系,运用层次分析法,对各考核模块进行权重赋值。结果从医院整体战略上设计共性指标,考虑到职能部门整体特点、在医院中所起到的作用、工作环境、人员构成等因素设计个性指标,从“德、勤、能、绩”四方面入手来全面评估职能部门负责人的个人品德、工作方法和工作态度。结论多维度的考核方法有效地平衡各职能部门之间的差异;提高员工的工作积极性和集体参与意识;考核中要通过完善各类配套制度,避免考核中出现各类偏差等。Objective The performance appraisal system of administrative departments is based on 360 degree assessment,to comprehensively reflect the performances of different administrative departments through quantative evaluation.Methods The Research group uses the individual,common and morality evaluation index to set up the practical and extension evaluation system.Results The individual index was based on the overall strategic analysis of the hospital.The common index was based on the characteristics,work environment,personnel and other factors of the administrative departments.The morality index was based on the personal character of the directors of the administrative departments of the hospital.Conclusion The appraisal system effectively balance the differences between the administrative departments.It also motivated the enthusiasm of the directors and the staff of the administrative departments of the hospital.
