巴林特小组对低年资护士情绪智力影响的质性分析

摘　　要：目的通过巴林特小组活动,了解并提升低年资护士的情绪识别与表达能力,为有针对性地提升护士的情绪智力提供借鉴。方法采用现象学方法,重点对焦于情绪智力中的情绪识别与表达,对8名低年资护士巴林特小组活动中的案例表达和讨论进行文字记录与录音,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对收集的资料进行整理并分析。结果呈现案例共6个,其中典型案例3个。主题有“个人生活的情绪识别与表达、人际关系中的情绪识别与表达、护理事件中的情绪识别与表达、对情绪识别与表达的认知”共4个。结论低年资护士的情绪识别与表达能力较低;巴林特小组活动可以提升低年资护士的情绪识别与表达能力。护理管理者应有针对性地对低年资护士的情绪智力进行训练。Objective Based on Balint group activities,to understand and improve the ability of emotional recognition and expression in emotional intelligence of junior nurses,and to provide reference for the targeted improvement of emotional intelligence for nurses.Methods Phenomenological method was adopted to focus on emotional recognition and expression in emotional intelligence.Case expressions and discussions in group activities of 8 junior nurses were recorded.Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the collected data.Results 6 cases were presented,including 3 typical cases.There were four themes:emotional recognition and expression in personal life,emotional recognition and expression in interpersonal relationships,emotional recognition and expression in nursing events,and cognition of emotional recognition and expression.Conclusion Junior nurses have low emotional recognition and expression ability.Balint group activities can help junior nurses improve their emotional recognition and expression ability.Nursing managers should train the emotional intelligence of junior nurses specifically.
