摘  要:粤东某地地氟病高发的原因是饮用高氟水,但水中氟的来源不明。在对研究区开展地质环境背景调查的基础上,通过测定研究区岩石、土壤、地下水、地表水和大宗粮食作物(水稻)中氟的含量,综合分析了氟的来源及其迁移转化途径。结果表明:粤东某地氟病区的氟主要来源于高氟地质体——岩石和高氟深层地下水,农作物通过对土壤、水中氟的吸收、富集,最后通过饮食实现了高氟地质体中的氟向人体的迁移转化。该研究结果可为地氟病的防治提供科学依据。The high incidence of fluorosis in eastern Guangdong is caused by drinking high fluorinated water,but the source of fluorinated water is unknown.This paper investigates the background of geological environment in the study area,tests the fluorine content in rocks,soil,groundwater,surface water and bulk food crop(rice)in the study area,and comprehensively analyzes the source of fluorine and its migration and transformation routes.The results show that fluorine in fluorosis areas mainly comes from high fluorine geological bodies-rocks and high fluorine deep groundwater.Crops accumulate fluorine by absorbing fluorine from soil and water.Finally,fluorine in high fluorine geological bodies is transferred to human body through diet.The results can provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of endemic fluorosis.
