基于信息计量学的员工个体安全行为研究

摘　　要：围绕员工个体的安全行为,我国学者们进行了大量的研究,梳理这些研究成果,绘制安全行为的知识图谱,可为我国安全行为后续研究的开展指明方向。以员工个体安全行为为关注点,通过中国知网(CNKI)以安全行为为主题搜索出3982篇文献,采用信息计量学的方法论证以安全行为为主题文献的关键词词频分布满足齐夫分布和对员工个体安全行为进行知识图谱分析。结果表明:我国以安全行为为主题的研究文献的关键词词频分布满足齐夫分布;安全认识、安全文化、安全预防、事故原因和安全行为等为员工个体安全行为的研究热点;安全行为、以人为本、危险源、安全措施、事故原因、安全心理为员工个体安全行为的6个研究分区。Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on the individual safety behavior of employees,and on this basis,this paper summarizes these studies,draws the knowledge map of safety behavior,and points out the direction for the follow-up research on safety behavior.Focusing on the individual behavior of employees,the paper obtained 3982 literatures by searching for subject safety behavior in CNKI.Then,the paper uses the method of information metrology to demonstrate the Ziff distribution of the word frequency distribution of safety behavior literature and analyze the knowledge map of safety behavior.The results show that the word frequency distribution of research literature based on safety behavior satisfy the Ziff distribution,and safety awareness,safety culture,safety prevention,accident causes and safety behavior are the research hotspots of individual safety behavior of employees;safety behavior,people-oriented,danger sources,safety measures,accident causes and safety psychology are six research areas of individual safety behavior of employees.
