战略性新兴产业发展中政府与市场角色定位研究

摘　　要：将新兴产业冠以战略性来定义,其目的是通过政府发挥其经济职能,协调市场共同作用使新兴产业发展统一集中、迅速有效地推进开来,从而快速发展国民经济,尽早跻身现代化产业强国之列。战略性新兴产业发展自提出以来取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一定的不足。政府与市场在战略性新兴产业不同发展阶段中的角色定位尚未达到科学要求,需要不断修正完善,发现问题并解决问题,找出优化建议,保障和推动战略性新兴产业的不断发展以及国民经济的蓬勃发展。The purpose of defining the emerging industry as strategic is to give full play to its economic functions through the government,coordinate the joint role of the market to promote its development rapidly and effectively,so as to rapidly develop the national economy.While there have been some achievements since its implementation,there are some problems too.The role positioning of the government and the market in the different development stages of strategic emerging industries has not yet reached the scientific requirements,which needs constantly revision and improvement,problem solving,and optimization suggestions,so as to guarantee and promote the continuous development of strategic emerging industries and the vigorous development of the national economy.
