摘　　要：目的:通过研究STAT3和ALK在人鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况及其与病理分型的相关性,探讨两者在鼻咽癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:选取66例经病理确诊为鼻咽癌及66例正常鼻咽部组织标本,采用免疫组化法检测STAT3及ALK在上述标本的表达情况,并分析其与病理分型及临床参数等方面的关系。结果:STAT3在人鼻咽癌组织中阳性表达率为77.27%,对照组为18.18%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ALK在人鼻咽癌组织中阳性表达率为3.03%,对照组为0.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);STAT3在分化程度、T分期及远程转移上的阳性表达率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);暂不能证明STAT3与ALK在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况具有相关性。结论:STAT3在鼻咽癌中的表达明显升高,并于T分期、分化程度及远处转移相关;ALK在鼻咽癌中表达水平很低并值得进一步研究。Objective To study the expression of STAT3 and ALK in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)and its correlation with pathological classification of NPC,Study on the mechanism of both in the development of NPC.Method 66 cases of NPC and 66 cases of normal nasopharyngeal tissue were selected,immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of STAT3 and ALK in the above specimens,and to analyze the relationship between the expression of STAT3 and ALK and the pathological classification and clinical parameters.Results The positive expression rate of STAT3 was 77.27%in NPC and 18.18%in control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of ALK in NPC was 3.03%and that in control was 0.00%,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The positive expression rate of STAT3 in differentiation,T stage and distant metastasis was significantly different(P<0.05);It was impossible to prove the correlation between the expression of STAT3 and ALK in NPC.Conclusion The expression of STAT3 was significantly increased in NPC,and correlated with clinical stage,differentiation and distant metastasis;The expression of ALK in NPC is very low and worthy of further study.
