摘　　要：石文章总结了作者30余年治疗石淋病的临床经验,分享了本科室作为省级重点专科和福建中医药大学附属医院的教学单位的管理的经验。全程化管理方案补充了教科书的不足,吸收了西医治疗指南的共识,并在诊疗过程中,以案例教学的方式,将知识点结合临床,使学生有所收获。Urolithiasis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic.Most of the patients suffer from pain,which affects their normal work,life and study.The author has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years,and is good at treating urolithiasis.After a long-term observation and a large number of clinical practice,and the author summarizes a set of whole process management plan on urolithiasis.And in the process of diagnosis and treatment,in the way of case teaching,the knowledge points are combined with clinical practice,so that the students can gain something.Now the author will manage and record the whole process of urolithiasis and share with colleagues.
