柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型原发性肝癌近期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴芍六君子汤加减对肝郁脾虚型原发性肝癌的近期疗效分析。方法选取2017年12月—2018年10月在东港市中医院就诊的80例肝郁脾虚型原发性肝癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上使用柴芍六君子汤进行治疗,比较2组患者的近期疗效情况。结果试验组的瘤体控制率为87.5%,对照组的瘤体控制率为72.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型原发性肝癌效果显著,提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the short-term therapeutic effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction on primary hepatocellular carcinoma with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods 80 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency primary hepatocellular carcinoma were selected.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with Chaishao Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The tumor control rate of the experimental group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 72.5%.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction on primary hepatocellular carcinoma with liver depression and spleen deficiency is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
