摘  要:采用平板对峙法从土壤中筛选并鉴定一株马铃薯黑痣病的生防菌,并对该菌株发酵培养基和发酵条件进行了优化。结果显示,H13菌株的最优培养基组成:胰蛋白胨10 g/L,酵母提取物5 g/L,氯化钠10 g/L,葡萄糖8 g/L,蔗糖6 g/L,干酪素6 g/L,硫酸镁1 g/L;最佳培养条件为初始pH 7.2,发酵时间35 h,接种量300μL种子液,转速180 r/min,发酵温度28℃。A biocontrol strain of potato black nevoid disease was screened and identified by plate confrontation method,and the fermentation medium and fermentation conditions of the strain were optimized.The results showed that the optimum culture medium of strain H13 was tryptone 10 g/L,yeast extract 5 g/L,sodium chloride 10 g/L,glucose 8 g/L,sucrose 6 g/L,casein 6 g/L,magnesium sulfate 1 g/L.The optimum culture conditions were as follow:the initial pH value of 7.2,the fermentation time of 35 h,the inoculum size of 300μL seed solution,the rotating speed of 180 r/min,and the fermentation temperature of 28℃.
