摘　　要：本文着重应用决策树,指导E油田试验区开发方案的具体实施,在开发方式、合理井距井型、增产措施、以及生产制度等6个方面进行决策,以达到成功推进先导试验的目的。This paper focuses on the application of decision tree to guide the concrete implementation of the development plan of E oilfield test area.Decision-making should be made in six aspects:development mode,reasonable well spacing,stimulation measures and production system.
