益胃消癌汤联合DC化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨益胃消癌汤联合DC化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌效果。方法:选择74例进展期胃癌患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组37例。对照组行DC化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益胃消癌汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率及免疫功能指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总显效率为78.4%,显著高于对照组的46.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:益胃消癌汤联合DC化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌效果优于单纯使用DC治疗,能显著提高临床疗效,增强免疫功能,且安全性强。Objective:To study effects of Yiwei Xiaoai decoction combined with DC chemotherapy regimen in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Seventy-four patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received DC chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with Yiwei Xiaoai decoction on this basis that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and immune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(78.4%)was higher than that of the control group(46.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+levels between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after the treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yiwei Xiaoai decoction combined with DC chemotherapy is superior to single DC therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,and it can improve the efficacy and immune function with high safety.
