摘  要:目的 探讨经气管镜超声引导小型活检钳活检(endobronchial ultrasound-guided miniforceps biopsy,EBUS-MFB)对纵隔和肺门病变进行活检的可行性及安全性。方法 2018年1月~2019年1月,对36例纵隔或肺门病变先后实施超声内镜引导下经支气管针吸活检(endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration,EBUS-TBNA)和EBUS-MFB,获得组织标本送检,比较两者的检出率和并发症发生率。结果 EBUS-MFB组总体检出率为97%(35/36),EBUS-TBNA组为78%(28/36),差异有显著性(McNemar检验,P=0. 016),2组均无明显并发症发生。结论 EBUS-MFB对纵隔和肺门病变进行活检安全可行。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endobronchial ultrasound-guided miniforceps biopsy(EBUS-MFB)for diagnosing mediastinal and hilar abnormalities.Methods A total of 36 patients with mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy between January 2018 and January 2019 were included in this study.Endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration(EBUS-TBNA)and EBUS-MFB were performed separately,and specimens were acquired from each patient for histologic diagnosis.The diagnostic yield and incidence of complications of EBUS-TBNA and EBUS-MFB were compared.Results The overall diagnostic yield of EBUS-TBNA and EBUS-MFB was 78%(28/36)and 97%(35/36),respectively(McNemar’s test,P=0.016).No complications were encountered.Conclusion Endobronchial ultrasound-guided miniforceps biopsy can be used to obtain tissue specimens safely and effectively in mediastinal and hilar lesions with high diagnostic rates.
