摘 要:文章总结归纳了17年中国盲人协会与北京联合大学合作建设视障人远程网络教育的成果,至今有2000多名视障生完成学业,获得专科、本科学历。指出网络学习环境的建设要根据视障人需求进行设计和资源调配,要让社会资源优势互联互通,增加视障人接受教育机会,拓宽求学渠道,促进学习环境科学化、人性化。远程网络教育保障了视障人享受教育的权利和教育的公平性。This paper summarizes the achievements of 17 years’ cooperation by China Association for the Blind with Beijing Union University in the construction of distance network education for the visually impaired. Up to now, more than 2000 visually impaired students have completed their studies and obtained college degrees. It is pointed out that the construction of e-learning environment should be designed and resources allocated according to the needs of the visually impaired, the advantages of social resources should be interconnected, the educational opportunities for the visually impaired should be increased, the learning channels should be widened, and the learning environment should be scientific and humanized. Moreover, distance network education guarantees the right of the visually impaired to enjoy education and the fairness of education.
