摘  要:为丰富我校机械实验教学中心交互性虚拟仿真实验资源及培养学生学习的自主性和实践动手能力,建设了渐开线齿轮范成原理虚拟实验。总结并归纳了实现渐开线齿轮范成原理虚拟实验的技术路线,为其他虚拟仿真实验的建立奠定了基础。首先采用A I P构建实验仪器、实验场景等,随后采用3Ds Max对模型赋予材质,再后使用C#作为代码集成开发环境和Unity 3D作为虚拟仿真实验开发平台,给出了一些虚拟实验的建设建议。最后,具体展示了渐开线齿轮范成原理虚拟实验的结构、功能和步骤。Because of the lack of interactive virtual simulation experiment projects in the mechanical experimental teaching center of authors’ university,and in order to meet a large number of teachers and students ’ experimental teaching needs,we construct the involute gear generating virtual experiment. Then,we summarize the technical route of the involute gear generating virtual experiment,which lays a foundation for the establishment of other virtual simulation experiments. Autodesk Inventor Professional is used to model experiment instruments,experiment environment and so on,and 3 Ds Max is used to give these models materials,then C # is used as the code integration development environment,and Unity 3 D as the virtual simulation experiment development platform. And some construction suggestions are also given in this paper. Finally,the structure,function and steps of the involute gear generating virtual experiment are demonstrated in detail.
