摘　　要：通过对吉林省高校研究生第二课堂的现状调研,总结出研究生第二课堂目前存在的问题,提出了加强对研究生第二课堂重要性的认识、强化研究生导师在第二课堂的指导作用,并就如何构建研究生第二课堂的管理、保障、评价与激励机制给出建议。Based on the investigation of the current situation of the second classroom of graduate students in colleges and universities in Jilin Province,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the second classroom of graduate students,and proposes to strengthen the understanding of the importance of the second classroom of graduate students and strengthen the guiding role of graduate mentors in the second classroom.It also gives some suggestions on how to construct the management,guarantee,evaluation and incentive mechanism of the second classroom for graduate students.
