摘　　要：贵阳学院积极应对地方高校应用型人才培养发展模式,按照转型发展新要求,从制定和完善人才培养方案、构建人才培养模式、打造应用课程体系、多方面推动教学改革、提高实践实训效果、促进科研反哺教学、培养高素质应用型人才等方面着手,加强应用型人才培养使之更加符合地方经济社会发展的需要,更好地为地方经济社会发展提供人才支撑。Guiyang University actively responds to the development model of applied talents in local colleges and universities,focusing on the improvement of talent training programs,building new talent training models,building applied curriculum systems,promoting teaching reforms in various aspects,improving practical training effects,and cultivating high-quality applications.The six aspects of talents are used to make the cultivation of applied talents in Guiyang University more in line with the needs of local economic and social development,and better provide talent support for local economic and social development.
