摘　　要：洗瓶机对啤酒瓶的清洗原理主要是利用氢氧化钠及其他洗瓶助剂去除污垢的能力。在洗瓶过程中,氢氧化钠会在溶液中发生各种复杂的反应,对洗瓶碱液质量进行监控,确保有效碱浓度达到工艺要求,保证其化学需氧量COD、Al^3+浓度、CO3^2-广浓度不能过高,以获得最佳洗瓶效果,从而保障洗瓶洁净率。The washingprinciple of beerbottleby bottle washer is to use sodium hydroxide and other bottle washing AIDS to remove dirt.In the bottle washing process,various complex reactionstosodium hydroxidetake place in solution.The quality of washing bottles of alkali liquor is monitored to ensure that the effective alkali concentration meets the process requirements,and that the chemical oxygen demand(COD),Al^3+ and CO3^2- concentrations are not too high,so as to obtain the best washing effect and ensure the cleaning rate of bottlewashing.
