摘　　要：邪教组织大多对抗政府、鄙视法律,惯于通过精神控制并鼓吹世界末日论来愚弄群众、残害信徒,是人类社会的毒瘤,是社会稳定、文明、进步之大敌。近年来由邪教成员实施的各类刑事犯罪案件尤其是杀人、伤害、强奸等人身侵害大要案件屡屡发生,作案手段残忍、危害后果严重、社会影响极坏。各部门尤其是公安机关内各部门必须通力协作,强化措施,有效控制邪教和有害气功组织,对此类案件采取联合防范、合成侦查的对策,沉重打击邪教组织的嚣张气焰,以维护社会稳定大局,维护社会治安秩序。Most cult organizations oppose the government and despise the law.They are accustomed to fooling the masses and maiming the believers through spiritual control and advocating doomsday theory.They are the cancer of human society and the enemy of social stability,civilization and progress.In recent years,various criminal cases committed by members of cults,especially major cases of personal assault such as homicide,injury and rape,occurred repeatedly.The means of committing crimes are cruel,the consequences of harm are serious and the social impact is extremely bad.All departments,especially those within the public security organs,must work together to strengthen measures to effectively control cults and harmful Qigong organizations,take joint preventive and synthetic investigative measures against such cases,and severely crack down on the arrogance of cult organizations in order to maintain social stability and maintain social order.
