论我国秘密侦查制度的不足与完善

摘　　要：随着科技的进步,犯罪活动层出不穷,犯罪手段不断增加,秘密侦查制度相应的也要随之完善。法治化是秘密侦查制度的必然趋势。在法治化的进程当中,我国的秘密侦查制度仍不够健全。完善我国秘密侦查制度,可以通过对比英美法系的代表国家美国、大陆法系的代表国家德国,找出我国秘密侦查制度的不足,并借鉴国外秘密侦查制度的优势,从而使其更具系统性,能够更好地打击犯罪和保障人权。With the development of science and technology,the number of criminal activity and way of crime is increasing.Meanwhile,the secret investigation should be improved.As a result of secret investigation,legalization is the inevitable trend in the future.At present,in the process of legalization,the secret investigation system is still not perfect.In this essay,the shortage of secret investigation system of our country will be found through the comparison of America on behalf of Anglo-American law and Germany on behalf of Civil law.By learning from the advantages of foreign secret investigation system,the system in our nation will be better improved and more systematic to fight against crime as well as protecting human rights.
