摘　　要：目的:总结改良胃肠低张多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建术对胃肠病变的诊断效果。方法:对69例胃肠病变患者进行改良胃肠低张多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建术检查,分析不同胃肠病变的分布情况及CT扫描图像特征。结果:69例胃肠病变患者中,阑尾炎患者的占比为20.29%(14/69),间质瘤患者的占比为13.04%(9/69),胃窦癌患者的占比为11.59%(8/69),淋巴瘤患者的占比为15.94%(11/69),脂肪瘤患者的占比为17.39%(12/69),结肠癌患者的占比为7.25%(5/69),直、结肠息肉患者的占比为14.50%(10/69),均经病理检查确诊;CT扫描三维图像可清晰地对不同病灶的大小、位置、侵染情况等信息进行显示,分辨度较高。结论:改良胃肠低张多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建术对胃肠病变进行诊断效果较好,且操作简便,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。Objective: To summarize the diagnosis effect of modified gastrointestinal low-tension multislice spiral CT scanning three-dimensional reconstruction on gastrointestinal diseases. Method: 69 patients with gastrointestinal diseases were examined by improved gastrointestinal low-tension multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT), and the distribution of different gastrointestinal diseases and CT image characteristics were analyzed. Result: In 69 patients with gastrointestinal lesions, the distribution of appendicitis patients at a rate of 20.29%(14/69), the distribution of stromal tumor patients at a rate of 13.04%(9/69), the distribution of patients with distal gastric cancer rate was 11.59%(8/69), the distribution of lymphoma patients at a rate of 15.94%(11/69), the distribution of lipoma patients at a rate of 17.39%(12/69), the distribution of colon cancer patients at a rate of 7.25%(5/69), the distribution of patients with straight, colon polyps rate was 14.50%(10/69), and confirmed by pathological examination. CT scan three-dimensional image displayed clearly the size, location, infection and other information of different lesions with high resolution. Conclusion: Modified gastrointestinal low-tension multislice helical CT scanning three-dimensional reconstruction is effective in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases, and is simple to operate, and has high clinical application value.
