摘  要:甲醛脱氢酶(Formaldehyde dehydrogenase,FDAH)是生物体内甲醛转化的重要催化剂.本文以四种植物叶为实验材料,磷酸盐缓冲液为提取剂,采用加热失活的方式,制备了植物新鲜提取液和失活提取液;通过测定两种提取液对外加甲醛的降解能力,计算FDAH在新鲜植物提取液净化甲醛中的作用,建立了一种用于验证和定量估算植物叶中甲醛脱氢酶活性大小的简单、快速且高效的方法;进而通过测定三种植物对空气中甲醛的净化能力,初步验证了所建方法的有效性与可靠性.研究结果对于建立甲醛高效净化植物筛选方法具有重要意义.Formaldehyde dehydrogenase(FDAH) is an important catalyst for formaldehyde conversion in organisms. In this paper,four plant leaves were used as experimental materials, extraction with phosphate buffer, and boiled extracts was prepared by heating boiled method. The contribution of FDAH reaction to the total breakdown ability of plant tissues could be calculated by the difference between fresh and boiled extracts in dissipating formaldehyde. A simple, rapid and efficient method was developed for the validation and quantitative estimation of formaldehyde dehydrogenase activity in plant leaves. Then through measuring the purifying capacity of the three plants to formaldehyde in the air, the validity and reliability of the proposed method were preliminarily verified.The results are of great significance for the establishment of a plant screening method for the efficient purification of formaldehyde.
