新时代社会体育组织发展路径研究——基于社会资本视角

摘　　要：在人民对美好生活向往的新时代,国家治理体系与治理能力现代化是我国社会发展的主旋律,社会体育组织作为社会治理的构成部分,肩负着重要的使命与责任。研究认为社会体育组织的社会资本分为纵向和横向两个方面的社会资本,基于此,提出以下发展路径:转变理念,构建“互利共赢”的政府合作发展关系;创新工作,主动担当政府社会工作的智囊团和桥梁;赤诚相待,吸纳社会各领域人士加盟提升影响力;奉献社会,开展志愿活动赢得社会信任,在纵向社会资本方面提出规范组织,优化运行机制与提升运行透明度;打造品牌,提升社会体育组织社会知名度等。In the new era,people's look forward to the Good Life,national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity is the main theme of social development in China.As an integral part of social governance,social sports organizations shoulder important missions and responsibilities.The social capital of social sports organizations is divided into vertical and horizontal social capital.Based on this,the following development paths are put forward:change the concept,build a"win-win"government cooperation and development relationship;innovate the work,take the initiative to act as the wisdom and bridge of government social work;treat each other sincerely,attract people from all fields of society to join in and enhance the influence;contribute to the society At the meeting,we will carry out voluntary activities to win social trust,propose to standardize the organization in the aspect of vertical social capital,optimize the operation mechanism and enhance the operation transparency,build a brand and enhance the social popularity of social sports organizations.
