摘　　要：本文围绕陕西广播电视大学40年来忠实履行服务全民终身学习职责的主线,在系统分析终身教育体系的构架与运行的基础上,通过梳理国内外创建终身教育体系高校载体及其健全完善的影响因素,对我校积极创建陕西终身教育体系最佳高校载体的探索历程与创新成果进行了全面的总结与展望。Around its 40 years fulfillment in construction of the life-long education system in Shaanxi Province,on basis of a systematic analysis of the framework and operation of life-long education,by combing the influencing factors of establishing university carrier for life-long education at home and abroad,this paper makes a comprehensive summary and prospects of the exploration course and innovative achievements of Shaanxi Radio and TV University in the construction of the best university carrier of life-long education.
