摘  要:目的探讨BLOM中肥大细胞密度(mast cell density,MCD)和微血管密度(microvessel density),MVD的关系,为寻找BLOM新的治疗靶点提供线索。方法采用类胰蛋白酶和CD105抗体免疫组织化学染色观察30例BLOM和15例正常黏膜中MCD和MVD,分析两者的相关性。结果BLOM组MCD和MVD均值分别为55.0183±34.45887、19.8850±6.21789;正常对照组MCD和MVD均值分别为19.9554±5.29479、1.0000±0.80178。两组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示BLOM组MVD与MCD呈正相关(r=0.619,P<0.01)。结论MC可能参与了BLOM中血管的新生,可能成为BLOM新的治疗靶点。Objective To explore thethe relationship between mast cell density(MCD)and microvessel density(MVD)in BLOM,and to provide clues for finding new therapeutic targets for BLOM.Methods Immunohistochemical staining with mast cell tryptase and CD105 antibodies was used to observe MCD and MVD in 30 cases of BLOM and 15 cases of normal mucosa.Analyze the correlation between them.Results The mean values of MCD and MVD in BLOM group were 55.0183±34.45887 and 19.8850±6.21789 respectively.The mean values of MCD and MVD in normal control group were 19.9554±5.29479 and 1.0000±0.80178 respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Spearman grade correlation analysis showed that MCD was positively correlated with MVD in BLOM group(r=0.619,P<0.01).Conclusion MC may be involved in the angiogenesis of BLOM and may become a new therapeutic target for BLOM.
