摘　　要：目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中白细胞免疫球蛋白样受体亚家族B1(LILRB1)的表达及其与上皮-间充质转化(EMT)的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测20例OSCC和20例正常口腔上皮组织中LILRB1、波形蛋白(Vimentin)、E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达,并计算其相关性及与临床参数的关系。结果与对照组相比,OSCC中E-cadherin的表达明显降低,Vimentin的表达明显升高,LILRB1表达也显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,LILRB1与E-Cadherin的表达呈中等强度负相关(r=-0.495,P<0.05),与Vimentin的表达呈中等强度正相关(r=0.471,P<0.05)。E-Cadherin、Vimentin、LILRB1的表达与口腔鳞癌患者性别、年龄、分化程度、转移情况均无相关性。结论OSCC中LILRB1表达升高,并可能参与调控EMT。Objective To detect the expression of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B1(LILRB1)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and its relationship with epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Methods 10 highly differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma、poorly differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma、normal mucosa and dysplasia tissues were enrolled.The expressions of Vimentin,E-cadherin and LILRB1 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their correlation was calculated.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of E-cadherin in OSCC was significantly lower,while the expression of Vimentin and LILRB1 in OSCC highly increased(P<0.05).The expression of LILRB1 was negatively correlated with E-Cadherin expression(r=-0.495,P<0.05),but positively correlated with Vimentin(r=0.471,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of LILRB1 in OSCC tumor tissues is higher and its expression is closely related to EMT of the OSCC.
