摘　　要：目的本研究旨在通过检测COX-2和Survivin两种因子在不同分型腮腺多形性腺瘤及恶性多形性腺瘤中表达情况,研究COX-2、Survivin在腮腺多形性腺瘤不同分型的生物学行为及恶性多形性腺瘤的表达关系。方法本研究对象收集保定市第一中心医院2010年9月~2014年6月66例腮腺多形性腺瘤和18例恶性多形性腺瘤组织共84例石蜡病理标本。采用免疫组织化学(S-P)方法检测66例腮腺多形性腺瘤(设立三个实验组:A组,基质丰富型20例;B组,其它型24例;C组,细胞丰富型22例)和恶性多形性腺瘤(D组,癌在多形性腺瘤中18例)中COX-2和Survivin的表达情况。结果COX-2与Survivin蛋白在腮腺多形性腺瘤各组中的定量表达IOD值均呈现依次增强的趋势,存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不同分型腮腺多形性腺瘤与恶性多形性腺瘤中COX-2、Survivin的表达不同,随腮腺多形性腺瘤恶变而增强。Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2 and Survivin in different types of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and malignant pleomorphic adenoma,and discuss the biological behavior of COX-2 and Survivin in different types of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and the expression relationship of malignant pleomorphic adenoma.Methods 84 pleomorphic adenoma surgical specimens of patients,the 66 cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and 18 cases of malignant pleomorphic adenoma,were collected from Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from September 2010 to June 2014.The four experimental groups were:group A,20 samples categorized as myxoid type nodules(predominance of intervening stroma);group B,24 samples categorized as other type;group C,22 samples categorized as cell-rich type nodules(predominance of epithelial cells);group D,18 samples categorized as malignant pleomorphic adenoma;immunohistochemistry(S-P)method were used to detect the expression of COX-2 and survivin protein in each group,relations between the two protein expressions and the angiogenesis as well as prognosis in patients with different types of salivary gland tumors were analyzed.Results The IOD expressions of COX-2 and Survivin protein in each group of salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion Different types of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and malignant pleomorphic adenoma have different expressions of COX-2 and Survivin,which increase with malignant changes of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.
