多巴丝肼片联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用普拉克索+多巴丝肼片对帕金森病患者施治后获得的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年2月-2019年1月收治的119例门诊及住院帕金森病患者作为研究对象。抽签法分组,参照组(59例)应用多巴丝肼片;研究组(60例)应用普拉克索+多巴丝肼片。最终就组间治疗总有效率、MoCA(蒙特利尔认知评估量表)评分及用药不良反应发生率差异进行比较。结果:研究组帕金森病患者用药总有效率(98.33%)高于参照组(77.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前,研究组帕金森病患者MoCA评分同参照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,研究组MoCA评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组帕金森病患者不良反应发生率(6.67%)同参照组(5.08%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多巴丝肼片联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病效果确切,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet combined with Pramipexole on Parkinson disease.Method:A total of 119 outpatients and inpatients with Parkinson disease admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects.The control group(59 cases)were treated with Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet.The study group(60 cases)received Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet combined with Pramipexole.Finally,the total effective rate,MoCA score and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared.Result:The total effective rate(98.33%)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.97%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The MoCA score in the study group before treatment was not significantly different than that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,MoCA score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with Parkinson disease in the study group(6.67%)was not significantly different than 5.08%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levodopa and Benserazide Table with Pramipexole is effective in the treatment of Parkinson disease and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
