角膜塑形术对外隐斜近视患者正融像性集合和调节性集合的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析合并有外隐斜的近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜后的正融像性集合和调节性集合的变化情况。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院视光门诊2015年12月-2018年4月佩戴角膜塑形镜的41例(82眼)外隐斜近视患者的临床资料。比较41例(82眼)外隐斜近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜前与佩戴角膜塑形镜后1、3、6个月、1年双眼正融像性集合和调节性集合的改变情况。结果:外隐斜近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜后1、3、6个月、1年的正融像性集合均高于佩戴角膜塑形镜前,调节性集合均低于佩戴角膜塑形镜前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。佩戴角膜塑形镜后3个月正融像性集合高于佩戴角膜塑形镜后1个月,调节性集合低于佩戴角膜塑形镜后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。佩戴角膜塑形镜后3、6个月及1年的正融像性集合和调节性集合比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:合并有外隐斜的近视患者在佩戴角膜塑形镜后正融像性集合增加,调节性集合减少,融合范围增加,接近正视者,因而眼位控制更好。佩戴角膜塑形镜3个月后融像性集合与调节性集合基本稳定。Objective:To analyze the changes of positive fusion image set and regulatory set after wearing orthokeratology in patients with external myopia.Method:The clinical data of 41 cases(82 eyes)of myopia with exophoria who were wearing orthokeratology from December 2015 to April 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The changes of positive fusion image set and regulatory set before and 1,3,6 months and 1 year after wearing orthokeratology were compared in 41 cases(82 eyes).Result:The positive fusion imaging set of patients with external myopia 1,3,6 months and 1 year after wearing orthokeratology were all higher than those before wearing orthokeratology,and the regulatory set were lower than those before wearing orthokeratology,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive fusion image set at 3 months after wearing the orthokeratology was higher than that at 1 month after wearing orthokeratology,and the regulatory set was lower than that at 1 month after wearing orthokeratology,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between positive fusion image set and regulatory set at 3,6 months and 1 year after wearing orthokeratology(P>0.05).Conclusion:After wearing orthokeratology,the positive fusion image set increased,the regulatory set decreased,and the fusion range increased in the myopia patients with exophoria,which is close to the emmetropia,so the eye position control is better.After 3 months of wearing orthokeratology,the fusion image set and the regulatory set are basically stable.
