精神分裂症患者血清甘露糖结合凝集素的检测及临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清中甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)的浓度变化及意义。方法应用ELISA法检测54例精神分裂症患者及56例对照组的MBL浓度,并比较分析二者的差异。结果患者组的血清MBL≤1000 ng/mL者占总病例数的50%(27/54),明显高于对照组的占总病例数的7.14%(4/56),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=42.15,P=0.000)。结论精神分裂症患者血清MBL水平低下,使患者免疫功能异常的易感性增加(OR=6.857,95%CI=3.262~14.415,P=0.000),可能是诱发患者免疫功能异常的始动因素。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of mannitin-bound lectin(MBL)in serum of schizophrenic patients.Methods MBL concentrations in 54 patients with schizophrenia and 56 patients in the control group were detected by ELISA,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results The patients'serum MBL≤1000 ng/mL accounted for 50%(27/54)of the total cases,which was significantly higher than the 7.14%(4/56)of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=42.15,P=0.000).Conclusion The low level of serum MBL in patients with schizophrenia increases the susceptibility of patients with abnormal immune function(OR=6.857,95%CI=3.262-14.415,P=0.000),which may be the initiating factor inducing the abnormal immune function of patients.
