摘　　要：教育信息化是中国高等教育快速发展,实现高等教育变轨超车的重要途径。慕课是"互联网+教育"深度融合的产物。如何借力慕课这种新的教育模式,提高教学水平、教学质量,改变优质资源不足的境况,是地方本科高校急需解决的。因此,积极参与优质慕课资源共建共享,不失为一条有效的途径。产权机制、评价机制、管理机制、利益机制,可以推进地方本科高校实现优质在线开放课程资源共建共享,并收到良好的效果。Education informatization is an important way for the rapid development and reformation of higher education in China.MOOC is produced by"Internet+education".It is an urgent problem for local undergraduate universities to improve their teaching level and quality and solve the problem of insufficient high-quality resources by using a new educational form MOOC.The author believes that it is an effective way to actively participate in the construction and sharing of high-quality curriculum resources.Property rights mechanism,evaluation mechanism,management mechanism and interest mechanism can effectively promote the co-construction and sharing of online curriculum resources in local undergraduate universities and achieve good results.
