摘　　要：在当前高职高水平院校建设的背景下,以黑龙江生态工程职业学院园林工程技术专业为例,通过校企深度融合、加强师资队伍建设和共建校企实训平台来实现"研发-服务-推广-培训"的社会服务体系。构建融创课程,以赛代练,以岗代训,以专业兴趣小组活动为载体,实施"创业导师负责制",进而打造专业对口就业高比例的模式。经过两年黑龙江省高水平骨干专业建设项目建设,打造一支专兼结合的优秀团队,建成一系列优质技能资源,建设一个学生与教师全面提升的平台。Under the background of the current construction of high-level vocational colleges,taking the landscape engineering technology major of Heilongjiang Ecological Engineering Vocational College as an example,the social service system of"R&D,service,promotion and training"is realized through the deep integration of schools and enterprises,the strengthening of the construction of teaching staff and the joint construction of school enterprise training platform.We will build a financial innovation course,implement the"entrepreneurial tutor responsibility system"with competition as training,post as training,and professional interest group activities as carriers,so as to create a high proportion of professional counterpart employment model.After two years of high-level backbone professional construction project construction in Heilongjiang province,we will build an excellent team that combines full-time and part-time work,build a series of high-quality skill resources,and build a platform for students and teachers to improve in an all-round way.
