摘  要:为预示高压离心注水泵站室内的声能水平,通过统计能量分析方法建立泵站室内声腔能量计算模型并对注水泵站系统进行子系统划分,构建声能平衡方程组并通过理论公式计算各子系统主要参数包括模态密度、内损耗因子及耦合损耗因子,进而求解方程组并对高压离心注水泵站室内声腔噪声水平进行估算。通过比较泵站室内声腔声压级的实际测量结果和公式计算值,发现实验结果与计算值的变化趋势相近,并通过分析主要参数对泵站声压级的影响进而为注水泵站的噪声治理提供指导。In order to predict the interior sound energy level of high-pressure centrifugal water injection pumping station,establishing the interior sound chamber energy calculation model of the pumping station by using statistical energy analysis method,and divides the pumping station system into several subsystems,constructs the acoustic energy balance equations and calculates the main parameters of each subsystem through theoretical formulas,including modal density,damping loss factor and coupling loss factor,solving the equations and estimating the acoustic energy level of the high-pressure centrifugal water injection pumping station chamber.By comparing the actual measurement results and formula calculated results of the sound pressure level of the pumping station chamber,it is found that the experimental results are agreement with the calculated results,and analyzing the influence of main parameters on the sound pressure level of pumping station can provide guidance for noise control of water injection pumping station.
