“金课”视角下对课程“诊改”与建设的思考

摘　　要：针对高职院校课程诊改中的不足,根据“金课”理念的“两性一度”要求,提出基于“金课”视角下的课程“诊改”建设的思考。通过深度产教融合,转变教学思想观念,完善激励和运行机制,校企共同构建“人格塑造、知识学习、能力锻炼”全人教育课程体系,培育“金课”建设的土壤和种子。In view of the deficiencies in the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges,according to the requirements of"Two Features One Dimension"of the concept of"golden course",this paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of curriculum"clinical reform"based on the perspective of"golden course".Through the in-depth integration of industry and education,the transformation of teaching ideas,the improvement of incentive and operating mechanism,the school and enterprise jointly build the whole-person education curriculum system of"personality shaping,knowledge learning,ability training",and cultivate the soil and seeds for the construction of"golden course".
