摘 要:泡盛曲霉是能够产生纤维素酶及阿魏酸酯酶的一种真菌,但是与其他分泌纤维素酶的细菌比较泡盛曲霉产纤维素酶的能力较低,本研究通过紫外诱变的方法,使泡盛曲霉产生突变菌株并用刚果红培养基进行筛选,得到分解纤维素能力强的突变菌株。泡盛曲霉突变菌株分解羧甲基纤维素产生的还原糖,用DNS法测定其产生的还原糖含量,以此来判断泡盛曲霉突变菌株分解纤维素的能力。本试验结果表明,通过紫外诱变获得的泡盛曲霉突变菌株其分解纤维素的能力有显著提高。Aspetgillus awamori is a kind of fungus that can produce cellulase and ferulic esterase.however,compared with other cellulose-secreting bacteria.aspergillus awamori has lower cellulose-producing abilily.in this study,mutant strains of asergillus awamori were produced by ultraviolet mutagenesis and congo red medium,and mutant strauns with strong cellulose-deconposing ability were obtained.the reducing suger produced by carboxymethyl cellulose was decomposed by aspergillus awamori mutant stain.the reducing sugercontent was determined by DNS method to judge the ability of aspergillus awamori to decompose cellylose.the results showed that the cellulose decomposition ability of the mutant strain of aspergillus awamori obtained bu ultraviolet mutagenesis was sigificantiy improved.
