摘　　要：在新时期新兴大国政府投资对民营资本投资行为会产生显著影响,从政府投资规模来看,政府投资对民营投资存在"纯挤出效应";从政府投资结构来看,政府在医疗、教育等领域的投资对民营投资存在较大"纯挤入效应",在道路、港口等基础设施领域投资对民营投资存在相对较小的"纯挤出效应",对国有企业的投资对民营投资存在较大"纯挤出效应",且这种内在影响存在显著的时空差异性。The government investment in emerging powers has a significant impact on the investment behavior of private capital in the new period.From the perspective of investment scale,government investment has a"pure crowding-out effect"on private investment,while from the perspective of investment structure.Government investment brings about larger"pure crowding-in effect"to private investment in different fields,such as in medical care and education.Governmental investment in infrastructure such as roads and ports has a relatively small"pure crowding-out effect"on private investment,the effect of investment on state-owned enterprises has a large"pure crowding-out effect"on private investment,and the internal impact has significant spatial and temporal differences.
