高师院校协同育人模式中“经济人”主体的利益冲突与协调

摘　　要：师范生、大学教师、中小学教师构成高师院校协同育人模式中的四类关键主体。从"经济人"的角度分析,四类主体各有利益追求,在实践中存在一定的利益冲突。通过目标驱动、文化融合、行政干预、教学改革和评价激励等途径,能促进各方利益的引导、统整、约束、保障和补偿,提高师范生的培养质量。Normal students,university teachers and primary and secondary school teachers constitute the four key subjects in the cooperative education model of teachers colleges and universities.By means of goal-driven,cultural integration,administrative intervention,teaching reform and evaluation incentives,we can promote the guidance,integration,restraint,guarantee and compensation of the interests of all parties,and improve the quality of normal students’ training.
