摘　　要：《茶叶生物化学》是茶学的基础和前沿,也是茶学专业公认的"教"、"学"两难课程。作者结合多年《茶叶生物化学》教学体会,剖析该课程目前的教学现状,并提出课程教学改革理念和思路,以期提高《茶叶生物化学》课程教学效果。"Tea Biochemistry" is the foundation and frontier of tea science,and it’s also recognized as a "teaching" and "learning" dilemma course in tea science specialty.In this paper,combining with many years of teaching experience in "Tea Biochemistry",the author analyzes the teaching status of this course,and put forward the concept and ideas of curriculum teaching reform,so as to achieve a better teaching effect.
