摘　　要：建设创新型国家是我国未来发展的必然选择。作为国家创新体系中的重要一员,高校必须认真分析发展过程中存在的问题,在教学体系等一系列教学工作方面制定有效的改革措施,以适应形势的变化。高校在教学改革中要将理论教学与科学研究合理有效地结合起来,培养具有创新思维和创新技术的科技应用型人才。文章从课程建设、教学方法改革和科教体制改革三方面进行阐述与探讨,旨在为今后高校教育的质量提高提供指导和参考。Building an innovation-oriented country is an inevitable choice for development of China in future.As an important member of the national innovation system,colleges and universities must carefully analyze the problems in the development process and formulate effective reform measures in a series of teaching work to adapt to the changes of the situation.In the teaching reform,colleges and universities should combine theory teaching with scientific research reasonably and effectively to culture applied talents of science and technology with innovative thinking and technology.In order to provide guidance and reference for improving the quality of higher education in the future,we investigates and discusses the curriculum construction,teaching method reform and science and education system reform in this paper.
